TASTE AND STYLE

Lisa Fontana e' Sommelier AIS e nel 2015 e' salita sul podio dei Top Talent della Grappa Italiana. E' Food & Wine Expert e Communicator, Critica Enogastronomica e Ispettrice di Ristoranti. Seguita in TV in svariate trasmissioni televisive per le sue Ricette e i Suggerimenti di Bon Ton e Arte del Ricevere. Scrive per guide del gusto e riviste di settore. Ha un Master sugli Champagne e sul Metodo Classico conseguito presso l'Associazione Italiana Sommelier. Laureata in Economia con un Master in Marketing e Comunicazione, organizza e conduce Eventi in ambito Food & Wine con grande attenzione all'analisi sensoriale e all'abbinamento cibo-vino.
E' vincitrice di due concorsi nazionali indetti da San Carlo, votati e premiati dallo Chef Carlo Cracco, "in Cucina con Audacia" e "il perfetto Aperitivo all'Italiana abbinato a Franciacorta" dove ha conseguito il massimo delle preferenze espresse dalla Rete e il pieno favore della giuria, che le ha conferito il primo premio in entrambe le sfide.
Lisa Fontana ha recentemente conseguito il Cooking Master Class con lo Chef Carlo Cracco.
E’ Chocolier Assaggiatore riconosciuto dall’Istituto Internazionale Assaggiatori di Cioccolato.
A luglio 2016 ha conseguito l’abilitazione di Brand Teller riconosciuto da Centro Studi Assaggiatori e Narratori del Gusto. Un nuovo e interessante percorso verso lo sviluppo del business personale, dell’impresa, dei prodotti e dei loro territori generato attraverso innovative tecniche di comunicazione e un piu’ efficace e coinvolgente marketing aziendale e di prodotto.
Da settembre 2016 riveste il ruolo di Food Expert nel Progetto “Le Mani dei Maestri” dove collabora con Slow Food e Camera di Commercio di Torino. Un viaggio alla scoperta dell’enogastronomia torinese: storie, immagini e cartine che parlano di un territorio dove il gusto è di casa, grazie alla voglia di fare bene, alla dedizione e alla professionalità dei produttori. 182 eccellenze da scoprire con gli occhi, il gusto e il palato. Maestri del Gusto di Torino e provincia e’ uno dei progetti protagonisti dell’edizione 2016 di Terra Madre.

Lisa Fontana is Sommelier AIS and in the year 2015 got on the podium of the three Top Talent of Italian Grappa. She is Food & Wine Expert and Communicator, Enogastronomic Critical and Restaurants Inspector. Followed also in TV she gives suggestions and ideas about Recipes, Bon Ton and Art of Receiving Tips. She writes food & wine articles for guides and taste magazines. She has a Master on Champagne and in Classic Method awarded by the Italian Association of Sommelier. She is Chocolier Taster recognized by the International Chocolate Tasters Organization. A degree in Economics with a Master in Marketing and Communication. She organizes and leads Food & Wine Events with great attention to sensory analysis and food and wine pairing. She won two national competition awarded by the Chef Carlo Cracco. She attended the Cooking Master Class with the Chef Carlo Cracco.
In July 2016 she gets the qualification of Brand Teller recognized by the Center of the Taster Study and Storytellers of Taste. A new and interesting way for company business development, talking about products and territories generated through innovative communication techniques and a more effective and engaging corporate and products marketing.
From September 2016 she holds the position of Food Expert in the project "The Hands of the Masters" where she collaborates with Slow Food and the Chamber of Commerce of Turin. A journey to discover Turin Enogastronomy: stories, pictures and maps that tell of a land, tastes, products thanks to the desire to do well, with passion, professionalism and excellence. Masters of Taste of Turin and its province, is one of the protagonists projects of the 2016 edition of Terra Madre.
